At Durex India, we want you to feel confident in your style; if you are not completely satisfied with your fashion purchase, you can return or exchange items within 15 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check

  Ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags and packaging intact for a successful inspection.

  Package Pickup

  Once approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the return package.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality control, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
